Refund Policy

GeoBlends offers a money back guarantee promise on most full-size products that are returned within 30 days from the date of sale. The product must be in the original packaging and the packing slip must accompany the return. Products shipped directly to the customer by the Company must be returned to the company and a refund will be issued to the customer by the Company. Products delivered to the customer by an Ambassador must be returned to the Ambassador, and it shall be the responsibility of the Ambassador to issue the refund to the customer. 

This guarantee does not apply to subscription products after the initial purchase, masterclasses and bonuses, products damaged by abuse, or misuse, or products that have been ordered in the past, unless the product is damaged or defective. Products must have at least 50% of the product remaining to receive the refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Return Process:

1. Contact your Ambassador with the return request or contact GeoBlends at support@geoblends.com. In the email please provide:

The Order Number

Product and Quantity that is being returned

2. Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of your sales invoice.

3. You will receive a reply with a shipping label for you to print and apply to the return package. 

4. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the package in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax. 

5. If a product is damaged in transport, please keep all packaging if a claim is requested.

 

GeoBlends is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will not be issued when GeoBlends believes, in its sole discretion, the return policy is being abused. GeoBlends reserves the right to review each return on a case-by-case basis.
